Expert and Loving Dog Care

Wag Along offers something very different from traditional boarding facilities. Your dog won’t spend most of the day in a kennel waiting for a short break outside. Here, every dog is welcomed into my home, becomes part of the family, and is treated like one of my own.

A doggie door large enough for pups of all sizes gives them the freedom to come and go between the house and our securely fenced yard. They can head outside when they’re ready to play and come back inside whenever they want to relax.

They may arrive as a guest, but they’re treated like family.

 

Rates and Hours

Daycare

Monday–Friday, 6:15 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

  • One day per week: $35 per day

  • Two or more days per week: $30 per day

Boarding

$65 per night

All boarding drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled before your dog’s stay.

  • Monday–Friday: During regular daycare hours

  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. only

Daycare is closed, and boarding pick-ups and drop-offs are unavailable, on the following major holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

 

What to Bring

I provide each boarding guest with an elevated dog bed and a comfortable bed on top. Please do not bring personal dog beds or food bowls.

Food should be divided into one clearly labeled bag for each day of your dog’s stay. Please do not send large bags of food.

If your dog takes medication, send only the amount needed for the stay. All medication must be clearly labeled and accompanied by written instructions.

A Day at Wag Along 🐾

  • Early Morning — Rise & Shine!

    We’re up early to greet the day! Our overnight guests head outside for some fresh air and morning fun while we get ready for the excitement of our daycare pups arriving. There’s nothing quite like greeting old friends and new, welcoming everyone in for another fun day at Wag Along.

  • Morning — Let the Fun Begin!

    Once the gang is here, the day is underway. There are friends to greet, a yard to explore, balls to chase and plenty of important dog business to catch up on.

  • Midmorning — And Just Like Clockwork…

    After all that morning excitement, something funny happens: just like clockwork, everyone comes inside and settles down for a snooze. Couches and favorite comfy spots are claimed, the house gets quiet, and the whole gang recharges for round two.

  • Afternoon — Ready, Set, CHASE!

    After a good snooze, everyone is ready to go again. Now it’s time to see who can run the fastest, who gives the best chase and who can get to the ball first. And with this group, ball tossing isn’t optional — it’s a must!

  • Late Afternoon — Saying Goodbye to Our Friends

    As our daycare pups begin heading home, the boarders say goodbye to their friends after another busy day together. There may be a few tired faces, and after all that playing, everyone has certainly worked up an appetite.

  • Evening — Dinner & a Movie

    Dinner is served, everyone finds their favorite spot, and we settle in together for the evening. After a full day of friends, play and fun, there’s nothing better than curling up for a movie.

    Then it’s time to rest those paws… because tomorrow we get up and Wag Along all over again. 🐾
